I often get sidetracked with product design, especially when I’m frustrated with the products I own. I don’t like my coffee maker, and in fact, I’ve never liked any of the dozens I’ve owned in my adult life. I want to make my own. But that requires electrical and mechanical engineering skills I don’t have, but I’m more than willing to fantasize them on paper.
